At Parikh Gaskets, the manufacturing process is continuously updated to comply with the latest global standards and customer specifications. The production process is constantly monitored, to ensure consistency of quality. We use high performance machine tools in each phase of the process to achieve the desired product quality through optimized manufacturing operations.
We keep stock of most gasket and sealing materials to allow us to offer short delivery lead times of manufactured products.
Parikh Gaskets employs a variety of manual and computer controlled machines to manufacture gaskets, seals and other shapes using compound punch, steeled frame and ring tool dies as appropriate for the finished product.
Once-off short run orders do not normally justify the expense of designing and making dedicated tools. We use CNC machines to cut once-off short run orders to contain costs and keep our prices competitive.
The critical machines have been imported from renowned global manufacturers from Germany and Italy.

Testing and analysis for chemical composition, hardness and compression is done at NABL approved laboratories.
